"Gå till Viktors, cykla hem" (walk to Viktor's, cycle home) - a long-established bike shop in Uppsala with a website built to bring people into the shop.
About the project
Cykel-Viktor on Svartbäcksgatan sells bikes they would buy themselves - and then keeps them running for decades. The website had to capture exactly that character: personal, straightforward and local, with the hand-drawn mascot at the centre.
The site highlights what gets an Uppsala local to step into the shop: current offers on e-bikes, the range of 49 models, the workshop that services all brands, and opening hours and the phone number right at the top of the page. Everything points to the same goal - more visits to the shop.
